Community farming group in Ywangan, Southern Shan state. With help from Winrock International and USAid, this group of around 20 farms have begun producing some of Myanmar's most famous specialty coffees. Showcasing what will be possible for years to come, the farming group, a mix of Danu and Pa O' people has now been producing consistently at this level for more than 5 years. Lots of zesty, berry and stone fruit flavours characterise these coffees, but each has its own character.
